Description

If a marriage contract was published after July 1, 1970, a search in the RDPRM provides essential legal information on a person's marital status and matrimonial regime, such as :

  • the existence of a marriage contract civil union;
  • the name of the notary who received the contract;
  • the end of a marriage or civil union
  • renunciation of partition acquests or family patrimony;
  • divorce decree or nullity of civil union.
This consultation is carried out using the surname, first name and date of birth of each spouse.
