The declaration of transmission must indicate the identity and coordinates of the deceased and of his heirs, the description of the immovable property, the share reverting to each one, as well as the nature of the succession, which is by Will or not.
Furthermore, it is customary to insert a clause confirming that there was delivery by the liquidator of the legacy to the heirs in order to confer them full possession of the immovable property.
