What is the register of minute?

The minutes register, also commonly referred to as the minutes book or the corporate book, makes it possible to trace and enforce all decisions made by the board of directors and the shareholders of the corporation; this register is, in a sense, the means or voice through which the corporation expresses itself and makes its decisions known. Since a corporation expresses itself in writing, namely through minutes (or written resolutions, as the case may be), they must be recorded therein for future reference.
