Description

  • The liquidator is required to draw up an inventory.
  • The liquidator must publishnotice of the closing of the estate inventory in the RDPRM.
  • This notice identifies the deceased and indicates the place where the inventory may be consulted by interested parties.
  • If the liquidator obtains the unanimous consent of all heirs and successibles, he may be dispensed from carrying out the inventory.
  • A period of 3 to 10 business days will be required for the preparation of your service request
