The register of the co-ownership
- Thenotice of meeting must be sent by the secretary of the syndicat to each co-owner to invite them to attend theannual general meeting. If a person owns several units in the same co-ownership, a single notice must be sent.
- This notice must include :
- The balance sheet for the past year, details of income and expenditure, the current status of debts and receivables, and the provisional budget for the coming year.
- Any proposed changes to condominium rules, as well as a detailed explanation of the proposed contracts and works to be carried out, in order to better understand the issues at stake and the decisions to be made.
- A clear and precise agenda. Each item to be discussed should be clearly listed with a brief description to enable co-owners to prepare for the discussion.
- This notice must be given at least :
- 10 days before the scheduled meeting date;
- No later than 45 days before the meeting.
