The civil union spouses must in particular:
- Choose together their family residence;
- Contribute to the household expenses according to their respective financial means;
- Owe each other respect, fidelity, help and assistance;
- Jointly assume the debts contracted for the current needs of the family;
- Comply with the provisions of the law relative to the partition of the family patrimony when occurs the legal separation or dissolution of the civil union (by death or disunion).
