How a disagreement or a legal dispute occurring within the framework of the escrow deposit agreement will be decided?

Any dispute or litigation arising out of or in connection with the deposit agreement may be resolved either by arbitration or by the courts, as agreed by the parties. If nothing to this effect is provided for, we refer to the provisions of the #G[Code of Civil Procedure of Quebec]G[418]G#.

It is important to note that arbitration is not an obligation, but a possibility that must be accepted by both parties.
