Does the escrow deposit agreement prevent the supplier from granting guarantees to his creditors?

The deposit with the depositary of the source codes and of the documentation of the software, under the escrow deposit agreement, does not prevent nor restrict the right of the supplier to grant guarantees to his creditors or to encumber them with a security.
