The amount that will be published in the land register at the request of the financial institution will appear in the mandate that the financial institution will transmit to the chosen notary. This amount can correspond to the amount of the loan to be repaid, but, more and more often, this amount corresponds to a more important amount (municipal evaluation, up to 150% of the commercially reasonable price of the real estate property) and the loan is accompanied by a line of credit, made available to the borrower.
