It is recommended to the trustees to keep and maintain such a register to gather all of the documentation relating to the trust, the ingot or silver coin having been used in its constitution, the decisions of the trustees and the distributions made annually to the beneficiaries. Documentation relating to the changes of trustees should also be inserted there.
