Are civil union spouses subjected to the family patrimony?

All the civil union spouses, no matter the date of their civil union and regardless of their civil union regime, are subjected to the family patrimony. Consequently, in case of dissolution of the civil union, the civil union spouses must make the partition of family patrimony, whether they have concluded or not a civil union contract, whether they have children or not.
