How an arbitration takes place?

Arbitration takes the form of a mini private court where each party, alternately, exposes its claims, produces its evidence and makes its witnesses heard. It is the arbitrator who chairs the process and determines, with the parties, the trial dates. As necessary, the arbitrator can decide to move out for visiting places or inspecting a property if this is necessary for settling the legal dispute. All the procedure is orally made.

After having heard the representations of each party, the arbitrator renders a written and reasoned decision according to the most compelling evidence which we submitted to him and that, in compliance with the applicable law. If the arbitrators are among three, this decision is taken by majority vote.
