What is the role of the agenda?

The agenda includes the examination of financial statements, the election of members of the board of directors of the syndicate of co-ownership, the consultation on the budget forecast as well as the main proposals which will have to be the subject of deliberations by the meeting of co-owners. The agenda must be adopted at the beginning of the meeting. The president must make sure that the meeting takes place in the respect of the agenda adopted by the meeting. When the agenda is exhausted, the president adjourns the meeting. If the agenda of the meeting has not been exhausted, the president has the authority to adjourn the meeting and resume it at a later date.
