What is the main objective of the meeting?

The main objective of the meeting is to bring the co-owners to pronounce themselves on the topics enumerated in the agenda. The deliberations must thus take place in the respect of the rights of co-owners. The president shall be responsible for the holding of the meeting in good behavior, the rights to speak, the holding of the votes when it will be necessary. When the president acknowledges that the participants expressed themselves on the topics contained in the agenda, it is up to him to adjourn the meeting.
