What is the quorum of a meeting?

At the meetings of co-owners, the secretary will have to be particularly attentive to the quorum if votes must be held under the sections 1096, 1097 and 1098 of the Civil Code of Quebec. The quorum of a meeting is normally reached when a majority of the votes that can be expressed are present or represented. If the quorum is not reached, a second meeting, with a lesser quorum, will have to be held.
