There are two types of proposals: the principal proposals and the secondary proposals.
The principal proposals are those which appear in the agenda. The co-owners have already had the opportunity to become acquainted with it when receiving the notice. It will be debated by following the agenda adopted at the beginning of the meeting. The secondary proposals can be formulated by the co-owners during the meeting.
Some proposals, such as the question of privilege, which can be invoked by a participant judging that one of his rights or a right of the meeting has been denied, will normally be the subject of debates. On the other hand, the proposal aiming at bringing a modification to the adopted agenda is not subjected to debate, nor to amendment.
