What is the procedure to be adopted in order to achieve the establishment of the syndicate of co-owners?

In order to comply with the requirements of the law, this legal person, in the same way as a business corporation, must be registered, that is to say recorded at the Québec enterprise registrar. At the time of this registration, the address of the head office of the syndicate of co-owners as well as the name of the first directors will have to be specified. This information will have to be kept up to date and the registration renewed annually by a declaration made with the Quebec enterprise registrar.
