Following the registration, who administers the co-ownership before the establishment of a board of directors by the syndicate of co-owners?

Following this registration with the Québec enterprise registrar, the first directors of the syndicate of co-owners are appointed and have therefore the powers of decision-making, even before the declaration of co-ownership is published. In a newly built co-ownership, the developer has the obligation to register the syndicate and act as provisional director, while waiting the sale of the various units of the condominium.
