Public curator

The Public Curator of Quebec exercises the powers conferred to him by the

. It shall in particular be in charge of:

1. supervising the administration of curatorships and tutorships instituted for an adults, certain tutorships for minors and tutorships for absents;

2. tutorships, curatorships or other duties of an administrator of the property of others, when these offices are entrusted to him by a court;

3. the tutorship for property of minors, as well as curatorship or tutorship for an adult persons under protective supervision who don't have a tutor nor a curator.
