To what commits himself the person who signs a confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement?

During all the term of his commitment and during a certain period of time following the end of the latter, the person who signs a confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement makes a commitment to keep strictly confidential and not disclose to anybody all the information, all the documents as well as any information related, directly or indirectly, to the activities, products and services of the business.
