Can the lessor establish standards for the building?

The lease can provide that the lessor may from time to time establish regulations and standards for the building. At the signature of a lease, the established regulations should be attached to the lease. In addition, the lease should provide that the lessee will have to observe and to comply with all the laws and regulations enacted by public administrations.
