What should the liquidator do once the inventory is completed and signed ?

The liquidator must publish a notice of closure of inventory:

  • At the Register of personal and movable real rights (RDPRM);
  • In a local newspaper distributed in the region of the last known address of the deceased.

The whole inventory is not disclosed, the notice only informs the heirs and creditors that an inventory was made and where it can be accessed.
