The protection mandate is terminated by its revocation, the renunciation, bankruptcy, incapacity or death of the appointed mandatary for which no replacement was provided or by the death of mandator himself. The protection mandate can also be terminated when protective supervision is instituted for the mandator or for the mandatary.
