As seller of a motor vehicle, how can I limit my responsibility?

The seller of a motor vehicle may limit his liability by specifying in writing that the purchaser buys without warranty, at his own risk. However, it should be noted that this exclusion of warranty generally applies to between private individuals and not between a merchant and a consumer, as the law consumer, as the law prohibits exclusions or limitations of warranty for hidden defects in the latter case.
