Does the amount for which a movable hypothec is granted have to be included in the deed of movable hypothec?

In Quebec, the deed of movable hypothec must necessarily specify the amount for which the movable hypothec is granted.

This rule applies even if the movable hypothec is constituted to guarantee the execution of an obligation for which the value cannot be determined or is uncertain.
