What can I do if I do not agree with the decision rendered by the arbitrator?

The only possible remedy to dispute the decision of an arbitrator is an application for cancellation before the court.

The one who wants to obtain the cancellation of the decision will, however, have to give evidence that this decision is invalid due to major irregularity arisen during the arbitration or at the time of appointment of the arbitrator.
