What can I do if the other party does not respect the decision of the arbitrator or the agreement intervened at the end of mediation?

In case one of the parties does not respect the decision rendered by the arbitrator or the agreement intervened at the end of mediation, the other party can address to the court an application for the homologation of this decision or agreement.

The judgment of homologation has then the effect of making it enforceable as it is of any other judgment of the court.
