What is the importance of determining the end of works?

The date of the end of works is purely a question of facts. The legal hypothec of construction can be published until thirty days after the end of works. Strictly corrective works do not delay the end of works. The date of occupancy by the owner does not mean for all the end of works, but the non-execution of minor works can delay the end of works.
