Are there information which I must communicate to the Registrar?

As owner or registered mortgage creditor, you are responsible to inform the Registrar of the registration port of any change of address or name of a vessel. The Registrar will require no fees at the time of declaration of such a change.

Modifications brought to the size of the vessel must also be the subject of a notice to the Registrar. When works made are likely to have modified the size appearing on the Certificate of Registry, you will maybe have to proceed to a new calculation of tonnage by an authorized tonnage measurer. Subject to certain conditions, the Registrar can require fees.
