What happens if we wish to withdraw ourselves from the indivision?

Once again, no one is required to remain in indivision. Any person can ask for the partition, unless otherwise agreed or purchase the share of the other. It is also possible to make the conversion of an undivided co-ownership into a divided co-ownership after obtaining the authorization of the ?Régie du logement? and with the consent of ¾ of the undivided co-owners representing 90% of the votes. (This conversion is however forbidden on the territory of the City of Montreal.)
