Who are the necessary officers for the holding of a meeting?

The president, the vice-president, the secretary, and, where necessary, the scrutineers. The officers are normally elected during the annual meeting and it would be desirable that they remain in office until the next annual meeting. The syndicate of co-owners would so have already elected meeting's officers if a special meeting had to be held.
