What is the role of the vice-president of the meeting?

Vice-president of the meeting is elected by the meeting in order to replace the president if the latter had to be away, was present but could not chair the meeting, if he had to withdraw, if he intended to attend the meeting for intervening as co-owner or if he made himself the subject of disapproval.
