What are the elements to be considered in the preparation of a meeting of co-owners?

In order to call the meeting of co-owners, it will be necessary to take into account of the notice period, the contents of the notice and its mode of transmission.

The notice will have to contain the agenda of the meeting. Section 1088 of the Civil Code of Quebec grants the right to a co-owner to register in the agenda any question that he considers of interest within 5 days after receiving the notice. The agenda of the meeting could thus be modified.
