The board of directors of the syndicate of co-owners is responsible for the respect of the provisions of the declaration of co-ownership as well as those of the by-laws of the immovable and that, as much towards the third parties as towards the co-owners themselves. The director shall act as would do a reasonable person in good faith. As mandatary of the syndicate, he must act in the interest of the latter.
