How is made the appointment of members of the board of directors of the syndicate of co-owners?

The rules as for the mode of appointment, replacement or remuneration of the directors of the syndicate of co-owners are generally provided in the declaration of co-ownership or, failing that, in the Civil Code of Quebec. Persons eligible as directors can be elected during the annual general meeting of co-owners.
