Who can ask for a copy of the Will?

Once the death has been established with the act or death certificate and the will search has been carried out, only the liquidator of the estate, an heir, a successible, a legatee by particular title or a person who, in the absence of testamentary provisions, would have been entitled to receive the estate, may request a copy of the deceased's will.
