Who pays the expenses related to the common portions for restricted use?

The expenses related to the common portions for restricted use are shared as follows: the co-owners using these common portions for restricted use are responsible for their maintenance and ongoing repairs. As for replacement and major repairs, it is the syndicate of co-owners that will provide for it, no matter for who its use is intended except as otherwise provided in the declaration of co-ownership.
