Term (lease)

The term of a lease may be fixed or indeterminate. In the case of a fixed term lease, the lease is determined in advance between the landlord and the tenant. In the case of an inderterminate term lease, the lease is terminated under certain conditions, when either party decides to terminate it. The maximum term of a lease is one hundred years.
