A Quebec corporation is considered to be retaining a significant part of its business activity when the remaining assets remaining after the sale allow it to carry on its business activity following such sale of assets, to the extent that, during the financial year preceding this sale, at least 25% of the value of its assets is used for such business activity and at least 25% of revenues and income is generated before tax.
