Uninterrupted service

Uninterrupted service of an employee in a company is the uninterrupted period during which the employee is bound to the employer by an employment agreement, even if the performance of his or her work has been interrupted without cancellation of the agreement, and the period of successive fixed-term employment agreements without interruption that would, in the circumstances, point to the conclusion that the agreement was not renewed.
