These general rules of conduct fall within the common sense in connection with the laws in force and are endorsed by the employer as well as are generally well known to the public, such as harassment sexual, theft, drug possession, being drunk at work. These rules of conduct are not necessarily set in writing or subject to a written direction by the employer to its employees since they are already well understood and assimilated by the general public, but they must nevertheless be observed by the employees of a company if they dot not want to be found in violation of any law during the performance of their duties.
