Intestate succession

The intestate succession is the succession or estate in which the deceased did not leave a Will. It can also be a part of a succession or estate for which the Will of the deceased has no provision (whether by omission or because the property did not exist when the Will was made or because the testamentary provision is no longer legally valid).
