Unqualified

Person who is no longer able to hold his position within the business corporation, either because of death, bankruptcy, a declaration by a competent court of his inability through a judgment, his guardianship or trusteeship, his restriction to hold his position declared by a court, or his inability to act as a director or administrator for any other reason whatsoever.
