In fact, whether it is the debtor's obligations or property he must give as security, the concept of "present and future" refers to the following: for the word "present", to all of the debtor's current obligations or all property in its possession on the date of signing of the deed (as well as the replacements thereof), and as for the word "future", it concerns the obligations or property that the debtor may contract or possess in the future.
