Initial declaration

Following its registration at the Enterprise Register of Quebec, a corporation has 60 days to file, without fees, its initial declaration to the said register, unless it has rather already filed that declaration along with its application for Articles of incorporation instead of the notice establishing the address of the head office and a list of directors of the corporation.
