Immovable property

Immovable property, also referred to as "real estate property", consists of all property which, by its nature, cannot be moved from one place to another without being altered or destroyed. It could be a land or a lot, a building or accessories physically attached to it which become themselves immovable by destination (for example, drainage and heating systems, plumbing, electrical wires, etc.)
