Reinvestment

Reinvestment during the marriage of a property of the family patrimony acquired before marriage or received from a gift or an inheritance. (e.g., On the day of the marriage, only one of the two spouses owns the family residence which he or she sells during their marriage, and then invest all or part of the sale proceeds of such residence in the purchase of another property of the family patrimony).
