Sale by way of a call for tenders

The sale by a call for tenders can be done through newspapers or by invitation. Works, goods or services may be subject to sales by a call for tenders, the goal is to put several corporations or businesses in competion for the supply of a good or service.

Sufficient information (description of the good or service sought or offered, terms and conditions of the sale, conditions of selction of the good or service) shall be included in the call for tenders to enable any interested person to make an offer at the proper time and place. Publication or advertisement of the call for tenders must also be prepared. Following such publication or advertisement, the received tenders must be examined prior to making a final choice on the successful bidder and signing the final contract.
