Without warranty, at the risk and peril

A sale without any warranty does not allow the exclusion of the seller's personal fault for which he may in no case exempt himself from liability. Remember also that the professional seller cannot exclude or limit his liability regarding defects of which he was aware or could not have been unaware and which he did not disclose to the buyer.
