Application for determination of boundaries

The application for the determination of boundaries of a land (judicial boundary determination) is a judicial demand addressed directly to a Court in the following case:

- When the parties, having agreed upon the right to determine the boundaries and the choice of a land surveyor (amicable boundary determination), disagree on the conclusions of the latter's report;
